I am pleased to inform you that Africa Relief and Reconstruction Initiative (ARRI) has officially submitted its application for federal tax-exempt status (501(c)(3)) to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This marks an important milestone in strengthening our organization, increasing transparency, and enabling donors to make tax-deductible contributions once approval is granted.

The IRS review process usually takes 3–6 months, and we will share updates as soon as we receive our official Determination Letter. In the meantime, we will continue advancing our mission and preparing for the growth and opportunities this recognition will bring.
